Katherine is proud to have earned a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Printmaking from MassArt in Boston prior to her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2023. She was thrilled to join the Burris, Nisenbaum, Curry & Lacy team in the summer of 2023 as an intern, and then as an Associate Attorney in early 2024. Her professional background includes several years in the service industry and law clerkships at Oakland-based community organizations where she developed litigation and policy strategies to combat mass incarceration and police abuse. Naturally, Katherine is committed to BNCL's values of empowerment, equality, and integrity.
